EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES:

WHY EXHIBIT AT PSTS? You don’t want to miss the opportunity to showcase your technology, innovations, and products. Providing the best equipment in the timeliest manner to our warfighters is what this symposium is all about. You will have the opportunity to put your product in the hands of the attendees at PSTS-17 during this exhibition!

Display space is available on a first-come, first served basis. Each 8’x8’ display will consist of a 6’ table with two chairs. Please note, ceiling height in the display area is 11.5’ from the floor. Although computer systems for demonstrations are permitted, minimal hardware should be utilized. No formal decorating company will be involved. Companies must bring their own displays and plan to do their own set-up. Exhibitors will receive recognition in the onsite symposium brochure and slide presentation shown during breaks.

1.) Company must provide:

a.) Logo in .EPS format and 300-word company description to kwilliams@ndia.org with this signed form no later than October 6, 2017.

b.) Name of the two (2) individuals for complimentary symposium registration to kwilliams@ndia.org by October 6, 2017.

2.) PSA/NDIA reserves the right to cancel the symposium or event. In the event of such cancellation, exhibiting company will be notified in writing and shall receive a full refund. Parties agree that in the event of such cancellation, the exhibiting company’s sole remedy against PSA/NDIA shall be the refund of monies paid by the exhibitor to PSA/NDIA pursuant to this agreement.

3.) Force Majeure Clause: PSA/NDIA shall not be responsible for a failure of performance of this agreement due to Act of God, war, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, government acts and or decisions, or other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the event or deliver exhibitor benefits.

4.) Exhibitor agrees to abide by official exposition rules and regulations (copies provided by PSA/NDIA upon written request).
